Bartec has built several machines and lines for use in vacuum potting and encapsulating stators, rotors, ignition coils, parts with windings in general, sensors, lamps, and electronic assemblies in general. Vacuum potting is required when potting parts that have integrate cavities and hard to reach areas for the resin. These areas often entrap air and only vacuuming will allow the elimination of voids or bubbles. The vacuum potting machine or line is sized according to the application and volume. It is also crucial to consider, based on the resin characteristics, the need to condition the resin vessels or tanks with vacuum degassing, agitation, recirculation and temperature control. Your cycle time can be reduced with a 3-vacuum chamber dispensing machine, due to the continuous dispensing in the middle chamber.
